The situation
Rent, rooms and leads in three different places.
Spellbound Coworking & Office Spaces runs private cabins, hot desks and a conference room in Hyderabad. Rent lived in a spreadsheet, payments were checked against bank statements, room bookings were a separate app, and enquiries arrived in WhatsApp.
Each month-end meant matching three sources by hand, and nobody but the owner could see the whole picture.
What changed
Invoices now go to every member by email and WhatsApp with a Pay Now link, and payments are recorded against the member the moment they arrive, whether by bank transfer, UPI, cash or the online gateway. The conference room and hot desks are booked in the same app, using each member's free hours first. New enquiries become leads with a proposal and an agreement signed online.
The owner and the front desk see the same numbers, on the computer and on the phone.
In the owner's words
“I built Coworking OS because spreadsheets and WhatsApp couldn't keep the whole operation in view. Now the month's rent, rooms and leads are on one screen, and my team can run the day without calling me.”
Figures are from Spellbound's own records in Coworking OS, as of 30 September 2026 (invoices, rent and bookings cover January to September 2026). Spellbound is run by the founder of Coworking OS.
