Coworking software for multiple centres

A second building doubles the work unless the software understands buildings. Coworking OS keeps one team and one set of books, split by centre, with each person seeing only what they should.

Centres: several buildings of one company

Add each building as a centre in Settings → Organization → Centres. A centre has its own name, short code, address, GSTIN, default bank account and booking page. Cabins and rooms belong to a centre, and a member's centre is the centre of their cabin; virtual office clients are given one directly.

  • Invoices and receipts carry the centre's address and GSTIN, with a separate number series for each centre that has a short code, for example SBC-MDP-INV-2026-0001.
  • Staff see only their centres. Each user is set to All centres or to the centres you tick, and the database enforces it: a front-desk person at one building can't read or count another building's members, rent, bookings, complaints, leads or expenses. Super Admins see everything, and every change is in the Activity log.
  • One switcher. With two or more centres, a switcher in the header (and at the top of Today in the phone app) shows All centres or one. Every list, report and "Add" form follows it.
  • Numbers by building. The dashboard with All centres shows totals and a by-centre table of occupancy, collected, due and open complaints. Books have a centre filter, with a P&L per centre or combined, and Profit by centre shows which building makes money.
  • A booking page per building at its own address, and the main booking page shows a centre picker. Website chats can be routed by centre.

Groups: separate companies or brands

If your buildings are separate companies, each with its own books, bank account and payment gateway, use a Group instead. Each company stays its own space with its own plan. One Group login, with compulsory two-step sign-in, opens every company without signing in again, shows a combined dashboard of collections, dues, occupancy, complaints, bookings and leads, and receives every company's notifications marked with its name. A group starts only when every company's Super Admin approves it.

What it costs

Starter and Growth include 1 centre, Scale includes 2 and Pro includes 3. An extra centre is ₹1,499 a month, charged only after you have been over for two renewals in a row; nothing is ever blocked. Plans are by members billed: Scale is ₹7,999 a month for up to 200 members and Pro ₹13,999 for up to 400, plus GST. Separate companies in a Group each have their own plan.

When it is not the right fit

Coworking OS bills only in rupees, so operators with centres in several countries or currencies need a global platform such as Nexudus or OfficeRnD. Door-lock integration and a white-label member app are available on request rather than off the shelf.

Moving several buildings across

Start with one centre in the 30-day free trial, import its members from Excel, and run a month of invoices alongside your current system. Add the other buildings as centres once the first one runs cleanly. On annual plans we do the first import for you.
