Managed office software for India

A managed office earns from long licences with companies, not day passes. That means deposits, notice periods, rent changes, agreements and company invoices, every month, without mistakes.

Licences that run themselves

  • Every company in its cabin. Add a member with their company, billing address and GSTIN, pick the cabin (only free cabins are offered), set the monthly rent and the agreement start, and record the deposit. Existing members can be imported from Excel.
  • Monthly invoices on time. Invoices go out on your billing day with your GSTIN and invoice series, by email and WhatsApp, with a Pay Now link for UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay, Cashfree or Zoho Payments. Part payments and arrears carry forward, and TDS a company deducts is recorded on the receipt.
  • Rent changes without spreadsheets. Change a member's rent from the month you choose; earlier months keep their original rent. Agreements ending and rent increases due are listed for the owner.
  • Deposits kept apart from rent, and settled at move-out against any dues, with the refund on the member's statement.

Agreements and notice

  • Leave-and-licence agreements e-signed online. An accepted proposal becomes an agreement, signed with OTP or a drawn signature, and stored on the member's page.
  • Notice periods tracked. Record the planned move-out date and rent is billed only until then. On the day, the cabin becomes free, and a no-objection certificate can be generated from the member's documents.
  • Vacancies planned early. On the floor plan, cabins whose agreements end within 60 days show as ending soon.

The client company's own team

The company's head gets the member app, and can add colleagues as a team: each with their own sign-in, seeing only what the head switches on, and removed in a tap when they leave. Bills, the agreement and the deposit stay with the head unless they decide otherwise.

Several buildings

Each building can be a centre with its own GSTIN, invoice series and staff access; see coworking software for multiple centres.

What it costs

Plans are by members billed each month, with every feature in every plan: Starter ₹1,999 (up to 30), Growth ₹3,999 (80), Scale ₹7,999 (200) and Pro ₹13,999 (400), plus GST. A 30-day free trial needs no card.

When it is not the right fit

Billing is in rupees only. Door-lock integration and a white-label member app are available on request. There is no separate hybrid-office product for corporate employees booking desks inside their own office.
