Built by an operator, not a vendor.
I'm Hemanth Sai Kumar, and I run Spellbound Coworking & Office Spaces in Hyderabad.
Running a shared-office space means keeping a lot of small promises straight: rent due dates, cabin changes, notice periods, a new enquiry, a message that needs an answer. For a long time, the records lived in spreadsheets and the conversations lived in WhatsApp. Both were useful. Neither gave the team one place to understand what had happened or what should happen next.
I built Coworking OS to make that everyday work easier to see and finish. It keeps occupancy, rent, tenant history, enquiries and WhatsApp conversations close together. It is the system I wanted to use in my own operation, and it runs Spellbound every day.
Now I'm making it available to other coworking and shared-office operators.
