How we judged them
An Indian operator with 20 to 300 members has a specific set of needs: rent collected by UPI, reminders on WhatsApp, invoices with your GSTIN and a proper invoice series, leave-and-licence agreements, room and desk bookings, and support that answers quickly. Pricing in rupees matters because a dollar subscription for a 40-member space can cost more than a staff salary. We scored every tool on those criteria. Where we could not verify a feature from a vendor's public pages, we say "check their site" rather than guess.
1. Coworking OS
Built in India by the operator of Spellbound Coworking and used there every day. Rent collection with invoices, Pay Now links via Razorpay, Cashfree or Zoho Payments (UPI, cards, net banking), WhatsApp reminders from your own business number, receipts, part payments and arrears, and billing autopilot. Tenants and cabins with deposits and notice periods, a leads pipeline with proposals and e-signed leave-and-licence agreements, meeting room and hot desk bookings with a public booking page, a WhatsApp inbox, business email on your domain, helpdesk, assets, wallet credits, attendance, books and P&L per bank account, invoices with a GSTIN and series per centre, centres for several buildings, a website kit and a member app that works on any phone in the browser. Web app live · Android in Google Play testing · iPhone awaiting Apple review. Starter is ₹1,999 a month for up to 30 members, Growth ₹3,999 for 80, Scale ₹7,999 for 200 and Pro ₹13,999 for 400, every feature in every plan, unlimited staff users, 30-day free trial with no card, support on WhatsApp. Not the right choice if you bill in several currencies or need a large integrations marketplace.
2. Deskr
An Indian all-in-one platform covering CRM, members, leases, bookings, invoicing, visitor check-in, analytics and a café point of sale. Priced per branch: Starter is ₹4,999 a branch a month plus GST for one location and up to 50 seats with 5 admin users (visitors and café not included), and Growth ₹9,999 a branch a month for up to 3 locations and 200 seats with white labelling. 15-day free trial. A good fit for managed offices that want café and visitor modules in the same tool; at 30 to 50 members it costs more than twice Coworking OS Starter.
3. ofyse
An India-focused platform with an emphasis on billing: plans by member count, from ₹3,333 a month billed yearly (₹39,990 a year) for up to 50 members, ₹7,499 a month for 150 and ₹13,333 a month for 300, one location each. Prices are shown in rupees, dollars and pounds. Worth a demo if billing is your main worry; check WhatsApp reminders and leave-and-licence agreements on their site.
4. rivonOS
An Indian platform priced per centre with add-on packs. Starter is ₹2,999 a month billed yearly (₹3,599 billed monthly) plus GST for one centre up to 100 seats; the full platform is priced per centre with packs for the member app, sales, contracts and billing, and portfolio analytics, up to ₹12,900 a centre a month for everything. Aimed at operators who think in centres and portfolios; work out the price with the packs you actually need.
5. Coworking App (coworkingapp.net)
An Indian tool for leads, memberships, bookings, billing, payments and member communication, with a mobile app included. Its pricing was not shown on its public pages when we checked on 23 October 2026, so ask for a quote. Note the similar name: Coworking App and Coworking OS are different products from different companies.
6. Digicuro
A Gurugram-based platform that leans on hardware: smart access (RFID and NFC), Wi-Fi management, visitor check-in and café, alongside bookings and billing. Pricing is on request. A fit for spaces that want door and Wi-Fi hardware from the same vendor; Coworking OS offers door-lock integration on request.
7. Nexudus
One of the most established global platforms, serving operators from single sites to large multi-country brands. Broad and deep, with a large integrations marketplace, white-label member apps, visitor management and extensive reporting. As of its public pricing pages, plans are generally quoted in US dollars with tiers. Strong choice for large or international operators; check their site for Indian payment gateway and GSTIN invoice support before committing. See our Coworking OS vs Nexudus page.
8. Optix
A polished, mobile-first platform known for its white-label member app and clean booking flows. Generally popular with flexible workspaces that sell desks and rooms by the hour and want a branded app. Plans are typically quoted in US dollars. A good fit for booking-led spaces and operators who prioritise app design; check Indian gateway and GST support. See Coworking OS vs Optix.
9. OfficeRnD
A widely used platform for flexible workspaces, with a separate product line for hybrid offices. Broad feature set, strong integrations with accounting and access control, visitor flows and detailed reporting. Plans are generally quoted in US dollars, with larger operators quoted individually. Best suited to multi-location or enterprise-facing operators; check Indian gateway and GST support. See Coworking OS vs OfficeRnD.
10. Cobot
A long-running, straightforward tool with roots in Berlin, favoured by independent and community-led spaces. Memberships, invoicing, bookings, a member portal, a public API and a sensible set of integrations. Plans are typically quoted in US dollars or euros by member count. A good fit for independent spaces outside India or those wanting an API-first tool; check Indian gateway and GST support. See Coworking OS vs Cobot.
11. Spacebring (formerly andcards)
An app-first platform that puts the branded member app at the centre, with bookings, memberships, community feed and payments. Generally chosen by spaces that want a strong member-facing app with a lighter admin side. Plans are typically quoted in US dollars. Worth a look if community and app experience are your main goals; check Indian gateway, GST and agreement support on their site.
12. Zoho plus spreadsheets
Many Indian spaces run on Zoho Books or Zoho Invoice for GST invoicing, a spreadsheet for members and cabins, a shared calendar for rooms and WhatsApp by hand for reminders. It is cheap and GST-compliant, and Zoho is an Indian company with rupee pricing. The cost is time: reminders are typed, bookings are chased, agreements live in email, and nobody has a single view of who owes what. Fine under about 15 members; past that, the hours add up. Our software vs Excel and WhatsApp page goes deeper.

Which one should you pick?
Under 15 members: Zoho plus a spreadsheet is reasonable, as long as one person owns the routine.
20 to 400 members in India, mostly monthly rent: Coworking OS. Rupee pricing, UPI, WhatsApp, GST and leave-and-licence e-sign are built in, and the whole thing is set up in a week.
Café, visitors and door hardware from one vendor: Deskr or Digicuro.
Booking-led or app-led spaces: Optix or Spacebring if a branded app is the priority; Coworking OS if you also need rent and agreements handled.
Multi-country or enterprise operators: Nexudus or OfficeRnD. They are built for that scale, with the integrations and reporting to match.
Independent space outside India: Cobot is a sound, well-understood choice.
Switching from any of these
Coworking OS imports members, cabins and open invoices from Excel or CSV, which every tool above can export. The 30-day trial needs no card, so you can run one billing cycle in parallel and compare. Data exports any time if you leave.
Which coworking software is cheapest in India?
Among the tools above that publish prices, Coworking OS has the lowest entry price: ₹1,999 a month for up to 30 members with every feature, against ₹2,999 (rivonOS Starter, billed yearly), ₹3,333 (ofyse, billed yearly) and ₹4,999 a branch (Deskr). Dollar-priced global tools usually cost more once converted. Zoho plus spreadsheets costs less in cash but more in hours.
Do global tools support UPI and GST?
Some do through third-party gateways or custom invoice templates, but support varies and changes over time. Check the vendor's site and ask for a demo with an Indian invoice before you commit.
Can I try Coworking OS before switching?
Yes. The 30-day free trial needs no card. Import your members, send one month of invoices alongside your current system, and decide with real numbers.
