What protects your tenants' records and your money today, written plainly, so you can check it before you switch.

Your data is kept to your organisation

Every record carries its organisation, and the database itself refuses to return another organisation's rows. Server-only records (complaints, assets, credits) have no browser access at all and are reached only through checked server code.

Roles for every teammate

Super admin, staff, view-only admin and guest. View-only roles cannot change anything, enforced in the database, not just hidden in the app.

Everything is logged

An activity log records who changed what and when: payments, invoices, tenants, bookings, credits, data downloads and settings.

Encrypted in transit

Every connection uses HTTPS. Card and bank details are handled by your own payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree or Zoho) and never stored by us.

Nightly backups

Databases and stored documents are backed up every night and kept for 14 days.

Status you can see

The service is checked around the clock, and we are alerted straight away if it stops responding. Live status is public at status.coworkingos.in.

You can leave with everything

An administrator can download all of the organisation's data as one spreadsheet from Settings, any time, without asking us.

Tested before it ships

Every release passes 480+ automated checks, is started and checked on the server before it goes live, and rolls itself back if the new version fails.

Payments credited once, and only when real

Online payment confirmations are checked against your gateway before anything is marked paid, and a repeated notice never credits twice.
