Can I bring tenant data from a spreadsheet?

How long does set-up take?
It depends on how many cabins and tenants you have and how your records are kept today. We'll give you a clear plan on the demo call.

Product
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Open the web app in Safari and add it to your Home Screen for an app-like experience. There is also a native Android app and a web version.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your data is saved on the device, so you can keep working without a signal. Changes sync once you're connected again.
Whose WhatsApp number do messages come from?
Yours. You connect your own WhatsApp Business number, so tenants see your name and reply to you.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Razorpay, Cashfree and Zoho Payments. Money goes straight to your account.
Data & security
Who owns our data?
Your organisation owns the information it enters. You can request an export at any time by writing to hello@hemanth.co.in.
How is tenant information protected?
It is encrypted in transit and kept to your organisation at the database level. Backups run every night.
Which service providers are involved?
The Privacy Policy names them, including Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, Razorpay, Cashfree, ZeptoMail, Firebase and APNs.
