Yes. Your public booking page takes the booking and the payment through your gateway, and holds the slot while they pay.
Can members get free meeting room hours?
Yes. Set free hours per room, and override them for particular tenants. Free hours are used first, then the member pays.
How are double bookings prevented?
Every booking goes through the same calendar, which checks the slot before confirming, whether it comes from staff, a member or a walk-in.
Do hot desks work differently from rooms?
Yes. Desks are booked by the day or as week and month passes, against the number of desks you have.
Where does booking income show up?
In your books, with income from rooms and desks shown separately in the P&L.
