Integrations

Coworking OS connects to the services Indian operators already use, so rent arrives in your own account, messages go from your own number, and your accountant gets files they can open.

Payments: Razorpay, Cashfree and Zoho Payments

Connect your own account with any of the three. Every invoice then carries a Pay Now link for UPI, cards and net banking, and the money goes straight to your account, not through us. Payments are recorded against the member's invoice and a receipt goes out the same day. Card and bank details are handled by your gateway and never stored by Coworking OS. Gateway fees are charged by the gateway.

Every invoice can also carry a UPI QR for members who prefer to pay from their own app. They tap "I've paid", and you confirm it from a queue.

WhatsApp Business on your own number

Invoices, reminders and receipts go on WhatsApp from your business number, using approved message templates, and replies arrive in a WhatsApp inbox beside each member's record. Message charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp account.

Email

Invoices and receipts are emailed through ZeptoMail. Coworking OS Mail gives your team business email on your own domain, which also works in Outlook, Apple Mail and the Gmail app.

Your accountant: Tally and Zoho Books

The accountant kit records TDS on receipts, tracks Form 16A by member and quarter, locks closed months, and exports files your CA can open straight in Tally Prime or Zoho Books. An accountant login can read the books without changing them.

Your website

The website kit adds live chat, lead forms, live availability and prices, visit booking, an answer bot and a newsletter to your own website with one line of code. Every message becomes a lead in Coworking OS. Your public booking page shows directions with Google Maps.

AI connector: Claude and ChatGPT

Connect Coworking OS to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about your space in plain words: who is overdue and by how many days, what was collected this month, which cabins are free, which agreements end in the next 60 days, or how busy the meeting rooms were. It reads rent, collections, occupancy, members, deposits, bookings, complaints, leads and the monthly report.

It is read-only unless you turn on AI drafts, which are off by default; any draft waits for approval in From AI before anything is sent. It never sees phone numbers, email addresses, bank details, documents or messages. Each person signs in as themselves and sees only what their role and centres allow, and every question is in the Activity log. It is free in every plan, and a Super Admin switches it on in Organization → AI connector.

Sign-in

Staff and members can sign in with Google, or with email and a password; staff can add two-step sign-in.

On request

Door-lock integration and a white-label member app under your own brand are available on request. There is no general public REST API or app marketplace yet; the AI connector above is the way to reach your data from Claude or ChatGPT. If you need a specific connection, ask on WhatsApp.
