Start your 30-day free trial

The free trial gives you the full Starter plan for 30 days: rent and invoices, meeting rooms and desks, enquiries, helpdesk, books and the member app. No card is needed and there is nothing to cancel. At the end you choose a plan, or simply stop.

Sign up on the web at app.coworkingos.in/signup. There is no sign-up inside the iPhone or Android apps; once your space exists you sign in to the apps with the same account.

Have these ready

• A work email you can open right now, for the confirmation link.
• The name of your space as members know it, and a short web address you would like.
• Your mobile number.
• A rough idea of what you offer (cabins, desks, virtual office, meeting rooms) and how many members you have. Both can be changed later.

Ten minutes is plenty. The sign-up itself is two short screens.

Step 1: your account

1. Open app.coworkingos.in/signup. You will see Start your free trial.
2. Either click Continue with Google, or type your full name, work email and a password of at least 8 characters.
3. With Google, Google confirms your email address for you. You still set a password, so you can sign in without Google later and so your team can use two-step sign-in.
4. With email, the page shows Check your inbox. Open the confirmation email and click the link. Nothing arrived? Check spam, then use Send the email again.

Step 2: your space

After your email is confirmed you land on Set up your space.

• Space name: what members see, for example Sunrise Coworking.
• Web address: your own address in the form yourname.coworkingos.in. The app suggests one from your space name. Small letters, numbers and dashes only, at least 2 characters. Some names are reserved or already taken; pick another if asked.
• City and Mobile number (+91). The mobile is where we reach you about your account.
• What does your space offer? Tick at least one of Private cabins, Hot desks, Virtual office and Meeting rooms. The menus in the app follow what you tick, so a desk-only space does not see cabin screens. You can change this later in Settings.
• How many members do you have? Choose New, 1 to 30, 31 to 80, 81 to 400, or 400+. A guess is fine; it only helps us size the space.
• Start with sample data (optional): a few cabins and members to click around in. Remove it in one click any time in the first 24 hours.
• The tick I agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy notice on behalf of my business is required.

Click Create my space. Your space opens straight away at its new address and you are its Super Admin.

What you see first

The dashboard shows a five-step set-up card: bring your members in from Excel, add a bank account, check invoice settings, invite your team, and send a test invoice. Each step ticks itself when done, and you can dismiss the card. Emails during the trial

Your space can send invoices, booking confirmations and agreements from day one. Until you connect your own email, they go out as <Your space> via Coworking OS from addresses such as sign@, billing@, bookings@ and notify@, and replies go to the email address you gave for the space. Members see your name, not ours.

Agreement e-signing works during the trial, with two differences so nobody is caught out:

• E-sign emails come from Coworking OS's own address and the subject starts with [TEST].
• Every document carries the line Test document — sent from a free trial of Coworking OS. Not legally binding.
• When you move to a paid plan the TEST marking stops. Documents signed during the trial stay in your records for reference, but they are test documents: send them again for a proper signature.

After 30 days

When the trial ends the space turns read-only. You and your team can still sign in, view everything and export your data, but nothing new can be added or sent until a plan is chosen. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan under Settings → Plan whenever you are ready; see Your plan and member count.

Signing in afterwards

From then on, sign in at your space's own address, yourname.coworkingos.in, or at app.coworkingos.in. Web app live · Android in Google Play testing · iPhone awaiting Apple review. Use the email and password you set at sign-up, or Continue with Google if you used that. The sign-in screen is the same for everyone and is explained in Signing in to Coworking OS.
