Open Organization → Invoices (Super Admins only). What you fill here appears on every new invoice and receipt of your space. Leave a field empty to keep it off the documents.
Invoices & receipts
- Legal name on documents: your registered name, if it differs from the name your tenants know.
- PAN.
- Business type: Not registered, Proprietorship, Partnership firm, LLP, Private Limited or Public Limited company. For a firm, LLP or company, a box appears for the Firm Reg. No., LLPIN or CIN.
- GST: Don't mention, or Not registered under GST to print that line.
- Terms of payment: for example Due on receipt.
- Jurisdiction (city): printed as "Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction" at the foot.
- Pay online: shows the payment link and a QR code on unpaid invoices.
- Notes on invoices and Notes on receipts, for example "Please mention the invoice number when paying by bank transfer."
Signature
Choose how the signature box looks:
- No signature: a space is left to sign by hand.
- Draw a signature: draw it with your mouse or finger, then press Use this signature.
- Type a signature: type your name and it is shown in handwriting style.
Then fill the Signatory name and pick a Designation (Proprietor, Partner, Director, Managing Director, Manager or Authorised Signatory).
- Press Preview invoice or Preview receipt to see a sample with your details.
- Press Save. New invoices and receipts use the details from now on.
Your bank details come from Bank accounts, and your logo and address from Profile and Branding, in the same Organization page.
