Each centre on Coworking OS is its own space, with its own tenants, invoices, bank account, payment gateway and team. Nothing is shared between them. A Group adds one extra sign-in, the Group login, that is a Super Admin in every centre of the group. With it you get:
- One combined dashboard at group.coworkingos.in: each centre's collections, dues, overdue tenants, occupancy, complaints, bookings and leads side by side, with a total.
- One switcher to open any centre without signing in again.
- Every notification from every centre on one phone, each marked with its centre.
How to ask for a Group
- In each centre, open Settings → Organization → Profile. Note the Organisation ID (use Copy) and set a Branch name if you like, for example "Madhapur".
- Email info@coworkingos.in from a Super Admin's email address with: a name for the group, and for each centre its Organisation ID, name and branch.
- Tell us the email address for the Group login: a new, real address on your own domain that you can receive mail at, for example group@yourcompany.com. It must not already be used to sign in to Coworking OS.
Approving it
We set the group up, but nothing is shared yet. Every Super Admin of every centre gets an email and a notice in the app. Open Settings → Organization → Group and press Approve, only if you asked for this group and the email address belongs to you. The group starts only when every centre has approved; one decline cancels it.
Setting up the Group login
- The Group login email receives a link to choose a password.
- Two-step sign-in is compulsory: scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the code.
- Save the 10 recovery codes it shows you, away from your phone. If you ever lose the phone, a recovery code lets you set up a new authenticator.
- Sign in at group.coworkingos.in.
