Your Coworking OS plan and active members

Open Organization → Plan & billing on the website (Super Admins only). It shows your plan and its status, the number of active members, any invoice to pay, and the plans you can choose.

Who counts as an active member

Anyone you bill in the month: a cabin tenant (a company in one cabin counts once), a paying desk member or a virtual-office client. Empty cabins, leads, day passes and staff don't count. Click Who counts? on the page for the same explanation.

Under your plan you'll see a line such as 34 of 80 active members · Growth, with a bar. During the free trial there are no limits; the count is there to help you pick a plan.

Going over your plan

• Nothing ever stops working. You can always add tenants, send invoices, collect rent and download your data.
• When you get close or go over, Super Admins see a short note at the top of the screen. Hide it and it stays hidden for the month.
• A short spike is free. Only if you stay over for a whole billing period does your renewal add ₹49 a month for each extra member. If moving up a plan is cheaper, we'll suggest it; you decide.

Choose or change your plan

1. Under Choose a plan (or Change plan), click the plan you want.
2. Check the amount and start date, then click Continue to pay. During the trial, your plan starts the day the trial ends, so you keep every free day.
3. Your invoices are listed below, each with a PDF. Need your GSTIN on them? Click Change next to Invoices are made out to.
