Open the portal. If rent is due, Home shows the amount and a Pay button.
- Tap Pay. Choose UPI, card or net banking and complete the payment.
- The page confirms Payment received. Your receipt comes on WhatsApp and email and is saved under Bills.
- Paid by bank transfer instead? Send the UTR to the office; they record it and the receipt follows.
- Bills lists every invoice and receipt, with a download for each.
- Documents holds your signed agreement, certificates and statements.
Your security deposit is shown on Bills; adjustments and the refund at move-out are recorded there too.
