Open Prospects and click Add lead.
- Enter the person's name and mobile, their company, and what they're looking for (cabin, desk, virtual office).
- Add the cabin of interest and the rent discussed. The app checks whether that cabin is free.
- Save. The lead sits at New lead until you send a proposal.
Enquiry form: Prospects → Share enquiry form gives a link you can put on your website; leads from it appear here by themselves.
