- Tap Order coffee, printing and other extras on Home, or open Wallet.
- Buy a credit pack if your balance is low; pay online.
- Pick an item, the quantity and a note for the office (for example 'Cabin 4, no sugar'). Send.
- The office delivers and marks it done; credits are deducted. If they can't, the credits come straight back.
Monthly credits included in your plan arrive on the 1st and show on the same page.
